Twenty-one international students from the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Turkey, and Syria have successfully completed an educational program at the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining. The program was designed to prepare applicants for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus.

During their preparatory course, prospective students not only mastered the Russian language to a level sufficient for admission to Belarusian universities but also immersed themselves in the country's culture. They took part in city tours of Minsk, visited museums, and performed at creative events. According to the graduates, such an intensive extracurricular life helped them adapt more quickly and feel like part of the university community.

The students attribute a special role in their success in mastering the Russian language to their teachers. Cao Ruiqi, a student of the course, said: « The main credit for my progress goes to our teacher. She conducts lessons with great skill in a friendly atmosphere, explains everything clearly, pays attention to every student, and is always ready to help. »

Zhang Jian: « My language foundation has strengthened significantly, and this is largely to the credit of our teacher. Under her guidance, even the most complex topics become clear and engaging. Every lesson feels like a game — like finding the right path through a maze. »

The graduates of the program have successfully passed their Russian language exam and determined their future plans. They are ready to recommend the preparatory course of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining to their compatriots, calling it an excellent starting point not only for learning the language but also for meeting new people and exploring the culture and traditions of Belarus.
